Women in Industry and Asset Management (WIAM)

The Women in Industry and Asset Management Committee (WIAM) aims to inspire young women in the region to roadmap careers in Industry and Asset Management. WIAM provides a supportive platform for women to progress their careers through networking, gaining insights and expertise. WIAM recognizes and honors the valuable contributions of talented professionals across various industries in the region through its award categories.

In 2024, WIAM will introduce three major award categories

Emerging Professional

Women professionals who have emerged by outstanding contributions and have demonstrated their skill set within their industry/or to the profession in the field of Maintenance, Reliability and Asset Management.

► With 5-15 years of experience and can self-nominate for this award or can be nominated by colleagues or team members.

Women in Excellence Achievement

Women Leaders who have been an epitome with core values as a remarkable leader or achiever by continuing commitment to excellence, developing best practices and innovative strategies within their industry/or to the profession in the field of Maintenance, Reliability, and Asset Management.

► With 15+ years of experience and can be self-nominated for this award or can be nominated by colleagues or team members.

Women Empowerment

Women or Men leaders who have empowered women as key change-makers and to enable women to excel and create a positive work culture within their industry.

► To be nominated by an individual who was influenced by the leader (women or men)
