We are thrilled to welcome you to the upcoming 7th International Maintenance, Reliability, and Asset Managment
Conference and Exhibition (MAINTCON 2024), scheduled from October 13-16, 2024, at Exhibition World Bahrain. With
this year's theme, “Building Resilience in Assets for Sustainable Tomorrow”, we are dedicated to advancing the
global shift towards sustainability and resilience in asset management.
MAINTCON 2024 aims to bring together over 3,000 participants from around the world to explore and embrace the
latest advancements in technology and best practices in maintenance, reliability and asset management.
The technical program will feature insightful keynote sessions from prominent speakers representing leading
global organizations. Attendees will benefit from a series of specialized pre-conference workshops, designed to
provide in-depth knowledge and practical skills. We are also pleased to continue offering the Maintenance & Asset
Reliability Certification (MARC) exam, developed by Gulf Society for Maintenance & Reliability (GSMR). Additionally,
the Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) exam will be offered by GSMR in support of the World Partners in
Asset Management (WPiAM).
The exhibition will showcase 80+ sponsors and exhibitors, highlighting the latest developments, products and
services from national oil companies and international service providers. Don’t miss the Innovation Corner, where
innovative research and advancements will be presented, and top innovators will be recognized. A new addition
this year is our Podcast Centre in the exhibition hall, featuring live interviews and discussions with industry leaders
and experts, offering valuable insights and trends.
The Youth Hall at MAINTCON 2024 will be a vibrant space dedicated to young maintenance and reliability
professionals. It will feature discussions on industry challenges specific to youth, a Future Leaders Mentorship
Program (GSMR-FLMP) connecting young talents with seasoned experts, and career development workshops on
essential skills. This area is designed to support, inspire, and connect the next generation of industry leaders.
The GSMR Excellence Award will honor exceptional achievements in three categories for organizations and
individuals, with winners announced during the conference opening ceremony. Additionally, the Women in
Industry and Asset Management (WIAM) initiative will celebrate and encourage women leaders and emerging
professionals, featuring a dedicated WIAM night event with keynote addresses from influential women in the
industry.
